Two decades of trust, innovation, and impact

When I look back at where we started, it’s hard not to be amazed by how far we’ve come.

From a single employee and a simple idea, we’ve grown to serve over 267,000 customers and support more than 75,000 firms—from legal and accounting to psychology, associations, and design. Together, we process $24 billion in payments every year. And with Pay Later, we’ve helped firms collect an additional $170 million in legal fees that might otherwise have gone unpaid.

This growth didn’t happen by chance. It’s the result of two decades of hard work—from the people who built this company and from the professionals who put their trust in us to power their businesses.

Now, as we look to the future, we’re stepping into a defining moment in our journey.

Introducing our new brand: 8am

This isn’t just a rebrand—it’s a reflection of who we’ve become and where we’re headed next. 8am brings together everything we’ve created into a unified, trusted platform designed to deliver even more value to professionals. It’s a name that speaks to focus, structure, and purpose—the way our customers begin each day, and the way we show up for them.

What’s next for 8am: Clarity, consistency, and growth

You’ll see a new logo and a refreshed identity, but nothing changes in how you access or use our solutions. In fact, this brand unites them all in one place, giving us a stronger foundation and allowing us to move faster, innovate more, and stay laser-focused on helping firms grow and serve their clients with confidence.

As CEO, I hear from professionals every day about their challenges and ambitions. This change is for them—for you. It’s about creating consistency, clarity, and a platform that’s ready to meet your needs, not just today, but well into the future.

The day starts here. Welcome to 8am.
