1. Promotion Summary (Plain-Language, Non-Binding) 8am, LLC ("Sponsor," "8am," "we," or "us") is offering a customer-loyalty reward to existing MyCase customers located within 125 miles of Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, who do not currently use LawPay payment processing. Firms that turn on LawPay through their existing MyCase account and process at least $1,000 in payment volume during the Promotion Period will be rewarded, in the order they qualify, with a pair of tickets to a Tampa Bay Buccaneers home game in the East Club. This summary is provided for convenience only; the numbered Official Rules below control in the event of any conflict.

2. Sponsor This promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by 8am, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with a principal place of business at 3700 N. Capital of Texas Highway, Suite 300, Austin, TX 78746 ("Sponsor").

3. Nature of the Promotion — Not a Sweepstakes, Contest of Chance, or Lottery This Promotion is a deterministic customer-achievement reward, not a game of chance, raffle, sweepstakes, or lottery. Reward recipients are determined solely by the order in which eligible firms satisfy the fixed, published criteria in Section 6 — there is no random drawing, no judged competition, and no element of chance in recipient selection. No entry fee, payment, or purchase of any kind is required to participate beyond a Participant's ordinary use of already-available MyCase and LawPay product features, which are offered and priced under Participant's existing Sponsor terms of service, independent of this Promotion. Enabling LawPay and processing client payment volume in the ordinary course of a Participant's legal practice does not constitute "consideration" paid to Sponsor to enter this Promotion.

4. Eligibility To be eligible to receive a reward under this Promotion, a Participant must, at all relevant times:

• Be an active MyCase customer with a business/firm account in good standing, with a billing or practice address located within 125 miles of Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, as determined by Sponsor's location data in its MyCase system;

• Not have LawPay payment processing enabled on that MyCase account as of 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on September 21, 2026;

• Be a firm, and an authorized representative of that firm, that is not (a) an employee, officer, director, or contractor of Sponsor or its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, or the National Football League, or (b) a household or immediate family member of any such individual;

• Comply with these Official Rules and all applicable Sponsor terms of service.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion involving any other 8am, MyCase, or LawPay product or brand, nor with any offer or promotion of any other brand or third party. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any Participant who does not meet these requirements or who Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, has attempted to circumvent these rules (including through artificial or reversed transactions intended to inflate processing volume). Void where prohibited by law. Only one (1) reward per firm/account, regardless of the number of authorized users, individuals, or MyCase/LawPay accounts associated with that firm.

5. Promotion Period This Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on September 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 21, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's internal transaction and account records serve as the official timekeeping records for this Promotion.

6. How to Qualify During the Promotion Period, an eligible Participant qualifies for a reward by completing both of the following, in either order, entirely within the Promotion Period:

• Activate LawPay payment processing on the Participant's existing MyCase account (the "Activation Requirement"); and

• Process an aggregate of at least $1,000.00 USD in client payment volume through LawPay via that MyCase account (the "Volume Requirement").

The first five (5) eligible Participants to satisfy both the Activation Requirement and the Volume Requirement, as measured by the date and time the Volume Requirement is met according to Sponsor's records, will qualify as "Reward Recipients." Only chargeback-free, non-reversed, good-faith client payment transactions count toward the $1,000 Volume Requirement; Sponsor may exclude any transaction it reasonably determines was made solely to satisfy this Promotion without a legitimate underlying client payment.

7. Number of Rewards A maximum of five (5) rewards will be awarded in connection with this Promotion, regardless of how many eligible Participants satisfy Section 6 during the Promotion Period. Sponsor is not obligated to award more than five (5) rewards under any circumstances.

8. Reward Description Each Reward Recipient will receive one (1) reward consisting of two (2) tickets (a pair) to one (1) Tampa Bay Buccaneers home game at Raymond James Stadium in the East Club, from among the following eligible games, subject to availability:

• Sunday, November 1, 2026 – Buccaneers vs. Falcons

• Monday, November 30, 2026 – Buccaneers vs. Panthers

• Sunday, December 6, 2026 – Buccaneers vs. Chargers

• Sunday, December 20, 2026 – Buccaneers vs. Saints

• Sunday, January 3, 2027 – Buccaneers vs. Rams

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each reward: $650.00 per pair, based on East Club ticket pricing as of the date of this Promotion. A Reward Recipient may indicate a preferred game from the list above; however, because ticket availability in the East Club is limited and controlled by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization, Sponsor will make the final determination of which eligible game a given Reward Recipient is assigned to, in Sponsor's sole discretion, based on availability at the time of notification. Sponsor does not guarantee that a Reward Recipient's preferred game will be available.

9. Reward Substitution; No Cash Alternative Tickets are non-transferable except to another authorized representative of the same recipient firm, and have no cash value. No cash or other substitution of the reward is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a reward of comparable or greater value (including, without limitation, a different eligible game, a different Buccaneers home game, or another Sponsor-partnered experience) if a listed game becomes unavailable, is cancelled, is postponed, sells out, or if awarding the originally described reward becomes impracticable for any reason, including venue, league, or team decisions outside Sponsor's control.

10. Notification and Claim Process Sponsor will attempt to notify each Reward Recipient using the email address or phone number on file for the Participant's MyCase account within five (5) business days after the date the Volume Requirement is satisfied. A Reward Recipient must respond to claim the reward within ten (10) business days of Sponsor's notification attempt. A Reward Recipient who cannot be reached, who fails to respond within this window, or who does not satisfy these Official Rules upon verification, forfeits the reward, and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, treat that reward as unclaimed rather than reallocating it to another Participant, given the fixed, non-random nature of this Promotion.

11. Verification; Right to Disqualify Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to require documentation or other proof reasonably necessary to verify a Participant's identity, eligibility, and satisfaction of the Activation and Volume Requirements, and to disqualify any Participant who provides false or misleading information, who has attempted to manipulate or circumvent these Official Rules, or whose participation violates any applicable Sponsor terms of service or law. Sponsor's determinations regarding eligibility, qualification, and satisfaction of these Official Rules are final.

12. Taxes Each Reward Recipient is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the acceptance, receipt, or use of a reward that are not expressly stated as being provided by Sponsor. If the ARV of a reward equals or exceeds any jurisdiction's thresholds for paying taxes, Sponsor may require the Reward Recipient's firm to complete an IRS Form W-9 prior to delivery of the reward and may issue an IRS Form 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC (as applicable) reflecting the ARV of the reward.

13. Publicity Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a reward constitutes a Reward Recipient's consent to Sponsor's use of the recipient firm's name, city/state, and logo in connection with Sponsor's marketing and promotional materials describing this Promotion, without additional compensation. Sponsor will not use the personal name, image, or likeness of any individual employee of a Reward Recipient firm without that individual's separate, express written consent.

14. Release; Limitation of Liability By participating in this Promotion and/or accepting a reward, each Participant and Reward Recipient releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, as well as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization, Raymond James Stadium, and the National Football League, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any reward, including, without limitation, any injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from attendance at or travel to and from a Buccaneers game, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Attendance at any game is subject to the applicable venue's and team's terms of ticket sale, entry policies, and event terms and conditions, which are outside Sponsor's control.

15. Relationship with the Buccaneers and NFL This Promotion is administered solely by Sponsor. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Football League or NFL Properties LLC. Tickets described in Section 8 are made available pursuant to a separate business arrangement between Sponsor and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization; references to the Buccaneers, Raymond James Stadium, and the "8am Club" describe the reward only and do not imply the Buccaneers organization's endorsement of Sponsor's products, LawPay, or MyCase generally.

16. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if Sponsor determines that the Promotion cannot be conducted as originally planned due to fraud, technical failure, regulatory concerns, unavailability of rewards, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. If the Promotion is terminated prior to the stated end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, honor rewards for Participants who had already satisfied Section 6 as of the date of termination.

17. Governing Law; Disputes These Official Rules, and any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and each Participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

18. Privacy Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by Sponsor consistent with 8am's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.8am.com/privacy-policy/, and will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

19. General Conditions These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Participants and Sponsor with respect to this Promotion and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding its subject matter. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not be construed as a waiver of that provision.
