Dru has been named as one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in U.S. PE-Backed Software and holds a BA from Columbia University and a JD/MBA from The University of Chicago.

Christian Fadel

Chief Financial Officer

Christian is the CFO of 8am, overseeing all accounting and finance activities. With over 20 years in the payments industry, he previously served as CFO at multiple companies, including HyperWallet, later acquired by PayPal. He holds a BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Erin Brooks

Chief People Officer

Erin Brooks is the Chief People Officer of 8am, where she leads culture, talent acquisition, and all things HR. She started her career in accounting and auditing at PwC before joining 8am, where she built both the Accounting and People functions from the ground up. Erin holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed CPA.

Nathan Pace

Chief Operating Officer

Nathan Pace is the Chief Operating Officer of 8am, focused on driving growth and productivity across the organization. With more than 20 years of experience, he’s held senior leadership roles including CFO at MyCase and VP of Finance at Kibo Commerce. Nathan earned his BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and his MBA from SMU.

Catherine Dawson

General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer

Catherine Dawson, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of 8am, advises on legal compliance, M&A transactions, and corporate strategy. She began her career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, counseling public and private companies. Catherine holds a BA in Economics from Oberlin College and a JD from NYU School of Law.

Bryan Thompson

Chief Technology Officer

Bryan Thompson is the CTO at 8am, bringing more than 25 years of experience in financial services and product development to the role. He’s launched a wide range of payment solutions over the years and previously served as CTO at Heartland Payment Systems. Bryan earned his BBA in Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.

Nate Skinner is the Chief Marketing Officer of 8am, where he leads the company’s marketing strategy and initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in digital marketing and brand growth, he has a proven track record of driving customer engagement and business expansion. Recognized by Business Insider as a key executive in marketing technology, Nate also serves as a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital, supporting early-stage B2B software companies.

Nathan Waite

Chief Revenue Officer

Nathan Waite brings over 20 years of sales leadership in software and SaaS. He previously led growth initiatives at Applied Systems and Semcat Corporation, driving customer acquisition and business expansion. As 8am's CRO, he focuses on revenue growth, customer relationships, and market expansion.

Leslie Witt is the Chief Product Officer of 8am, and a growth-focused executive and board advisor with deep experience in product, design, and innovation across tech, health, and finance. She’s known for building strong teams and customer-centric cultures that power sustainable, high-growth businesses.
